Can’t decide between dessert and a cocktail? This August, you don’t have to choose. Singleton Diggers is serving up the Mint Slice Cocktail as our Cocktail of the Month, and it’s every bit as indulgent as it sounds.

Blended with Baileys, crème de menthe, brown crème de cacao, cream and milk, and finished with real Mint Slice biscuits, this creamy creation delivers the classic chocolate and mint flavour combination in a glass. It’s a sweet treat that’s perfect for an after-dinner indulgence or a mid-evening reward.

August Pricing and Availability

The Mint Slice Cocktail is available to members for $14 and non-members for $17. As with all our Cocktails of the Month, this one is only around for August, so be sure to get in before it’s gone.
