Father’s Day starts early at Singleton Diggers! From Thursday 3 September through to Sunday 6 September, we’re serving up a special Father’s Day Weekend menu at lunch and dinner – because Dad deserves the whole weekend, not just one day.

There are five cracking dishes to choose from, all available to members and non-members alike. Here’s what’s on offer:

Father’s Day Weekend Menu

Salt & Pepper Barramundi – served with chips & salad or vegies & mash. Members $26 | Non-Members $30

300g Sirloin Steak – with chimichurri, rosemary seasoned chips, tomatoes & broccoli. Members $38 | Non-Members $42

Troppo Chicken Schnitzel – topped with bacon, pineapple & a cheese sauce, choice of chips & salad or vegies & mash. Members $29 | Non-Members $33

1/2 Rack Pork Ribs – with smokey BBQ sauce. Members $29 | Non-Members $33

Mushroom & Halloumi Burger – grilled mushroom, halloumi, lettuce, tomato, pickles & aioli served with chips. Members $22 | Non-Members $26
