We’re hiring a Cellar Operations & Maintenance Officer to join Singleton Hospitality Group, working across both Singleton Diggers and Club Dorsman. This is a stable, hands-on role with great hours and over-award pay, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

The position offers Monday to Friday hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm, giving you your afternoons and weekends free. You’ll also have use of a club vehicle as a tool of trade, and enjoy over-award wages in a supportive team environment.

What the Role Involves

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include changing kegs and gas bottles, beer line maintenance, and ensuring cellar cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards. You’ll also handle stock rotation and temperature checks to keep everything in perfect condition.

Beyond cellar operations, you’ll take care of general maintenance and minor repairs across both venues, help maintain the grounds, and assist with event and function set-ups and pack-downs. It’s a varied role where no two days are the same.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on and physically capable, with experience in cellar operations or maintenance work. You’ll need to be WHS aware and safety focused, ensuring everything is done properly and safely.

Reliability and punctuality are essential – we need someone who takes pride in their work and can be counted on. You’ll need a current driver’s licence and either hold your RSA or be willing to obtain it.
