This April, our Bistro team has gone all out with a brand new Burger of the Month – the Saigon Steak Baguette. It’s a fresh, bold and flavour-packed creation that puts a Vietnamese-inspired spin on a classic steak sandwich.

Loaded with grilled beef steak, pâté aioli, pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, coriander, chilli, spring onion and crispy shallots, this baguette delivers a seriously satisfying combination of textures and flavours. It’s the kind of dish that keeps you coming back for more.
