Summer’s too short for boring burgers, so we’ve created something special for January at Singleton Diggers. Meet the Aussie Summer Waffle Burger – a creative twist on classic flavours that celebrates the best of the Australian summer season.

This month’s featured burger starts with a unique waffle bun that adds a sweet-savoury element to every bite. Inside, you’ll find Southern Fried marinated chicken, perfectly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection. The combination of jalapeno brings a gentle kick of heat, while American cheese adds creamy richness that melts beautifully over the chicken.

True to its Aussie Summer name, we’ve included fresh pineapple for that tropical sweetness, along with crisp tomato and lettuce to keep things fresh and balanced. It’s a burger that brings together bold flavours and textures in a way that’s perfect for the warmer months.
