September has arrived at Singleton Diggers, and so has our Burger of the Month – The Loaded Taco Burger. This is not your average burger. It’s a seriously stacked creation that brings bold Mexican flavours to the plate in the best possible way.

At the heart of it is a 200g Mexican-spiced beef patty, topped with melted cheddar, a crispy taco shell, creamy guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, crunchy tortilla strips, lettuce and a smoky chipotle sauce. Every bite delivers that big taco flavour you love, wrapped up in burger form.
